Dangerous neighbours who prey on young children and women.
Drug-addicts haven.
Those are only a few things to describe the hardcore poor area, PPR Kota Damansara at Section 8, that I visited last Sunday during a clean-up operation.
It's sad to know that the children passed a war-zone area so closed to their homes.
